DOFUS Touch is played on phones and tablets. To play it on a computer, with a big screen, a mouse and a keyboard, there are four ways, and they are not equal.
An emulator runs Android on the PC, and DOFUS Touch with it. It is the best known way, and the one to avoid: Ankama lists emulators and modified clients among the practices forbidden on DOFUS Touch, on its support site. An account caught using one risks a sanction.
With a USB-C to HDMI adapter, some phones show their screen on a monitor, and a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard do the rest. The game stays the official app and no software is needed. But not every phone sends video out of its USB-C port, and you need one screen per phone.
The game stays on the phone: a program copies its screen into a window on the PC and sends the mouse and keyboard back. scrcpy, free and open source, is the reference. It is used from the command line, though, and knows nothing about the game: one window per phone, to set up and place yourself.
Beware of modified mirroring tools passed around: a program that drives your phone must come from a source you trust.
DT Hub is built on scrcpy, without the command line. It finds every account on every phone, main profile and cloned profile, and opens each in its own window: as tabs, side by side or in a grid, with F1 to F8 to switch between them. The game is not modified, and DT Hub never plays for you. It is free, open source, for Windows.
| Where the game runs | Several accounts | The game stays the official app | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Emulator | On the PC | Yes | No: forbidden by Ankama |
| HDMI screen | On the phone | One screen per phone | Yes |
| scrcpy | On the phone | One window per phone, set up by hand | Yes |
| DT Hub | On the phone | Every account of every phone, arranged | Yes |
Multi-accounting is allowed on DOFUS Touch, within limits: never more than two accounts in some fights, such as the Kolossium, and every action made by hand, without automation. The exact rules are on Ankama's support site. We do not speak for Ankama: when in doubt, its support has the last word.
